The menu at Desde 1911 is the fullest expression of the day's produce from the sea. It reinvents itself daily, changing completely according to the catch just landed from our coasts and the best of the season.
Each day the Desde 1911 team gathers to decide the produce and dishes to be served in the restaurant, offering a gastronomic experience that is unique and unrepeatable, every single day.
To enjoy this proposal, guests will find six starters — choosing three, four, five or six, depending on the menu selected; a single fish as the main course, the finest to have arrived that day at Pescaderías Coruñesas; and, to close, a board of cheeses and desserts.
