With room for 20 to 30 guests, Privado 1911 offers a bespoke gastronomic experience in an intimate, exclusive setting overlooking the central garden of Desde 1911. Just as in the main dining room, guests in the private room enjoy a menu of six starters — choosing three, four or five depending on the menu selected — followed by the finest fish of the day as the main course, and desserts. In step with the rhythm of the sea and the market, the details of the menu are settled the day before the booking, around the best seasonal produce available.
